Overview

Hospitable provides property and reservation data that Host Ledger uses for property management, payout interpretation, and cross-referencing.
You’ll connect Hospitable during onboarding when you first set up Host Ledger. The instructions below are for managing your connection after initial setup.

Setup

1

Open Settings

Click the gear icon in the Host Ledger dashboard, then go to Integrations.
2

Connect Hospitable

Click Connect Hospitable. You’ll be redirected to Hospitable to authorize Host Ledger.
3

Authorize access

Grant the requested permissions. Once complete, you’ll be redirected back to Host Ledger and the connection will show as active.
4

Properties import

Host Ledger immediately imports your properties—names, addresses, and OTA listing IDs.

What gets imported

  • Properties — name, address, and OTA listing IDs for each property
  • Reservation financials — nightly rates, fees, taxes, and guest details (used for payout interpretation)

Managing your connection

From the gear icon → Integrations, you can:
  • Sync Now — manually trigger a property and reservation sync
  • Disconnect — remove the Hospitable connection
Disconnecting Hospitable does not delete previously imported properties or reservation data.

Troubleshooting

Trigger a manual sync from Integrations. If properties still don’t appear, verify they are active in your Hospitable account.
Host Ledger syncs reservations in the background. Allow a few minutes after connecting for the initial sync to complete. You can check sync status in Integrations.
