Onboarding

When you sign up, Host Ledger walks you through a guided onboarding flow:
  1. Connect Hospitable — imports your properties and reservation data
  2. Connect QuickBooks Online — syncs your accounts, classes, and vendors
  3. Configure mappings — tells Host Ledger how to categorize and post your payouts
Takes a few minutes. After that, you’re ready to process payouts.

Your first payout

  1. Go to the Home page and upload a payout CSV from Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com
  2. Review the categorized line items
  3. Click Post to send to QuickBooks
  4. In QuickBooks, click Match to complete the reconciliation
That’s it.
