Quick reference for downloading the correct payout report from each OTA platform.

Paid Report

How to download

Go to Earnings

From your Airbnb host dashboard, navigate to the Earnings page.

Select the Paid tab

Click Paid to view completed payouts (not pending ones).

Filter dates and listings

Choose your date range and select the listings you want to export.

Export CSV

Click Export CSV to download the Paid Report.

What to expect

The Airbnb Paid Report is a standard CSV with one row per payout. Each row includes a full financial breakdown, so Host Ledger can categorize every line item automatically.

Date, Type, Confirmation Code, Listing, Amount, Host Fee, Cleaning Fee, Occupancy Taxes

Payout Summary Report

How to download

Go to Payments

From your VRBO dashboard, navigate to Payments.

Open Statements & Reports

Click Statements & Reports to access available reports.

Select the Payout Summary tab

Make sure you’re on the Payout Summary tab — not Transaction History.

Set your date range

Choose your date range, then select “stays within this range” as the filter type.

Download

Click Download to export the Payout Summary Report.

Always choose “stays within this range” for the date filter. The other filter option groups payouts differently and can cause mismatches during interpretation.

What to expect

VRBO nets discounts into the accommodation amount — you won’t see separate discount line items. Split payouts (multiple disbursements for one reservation) are handled automatically.

Payout Statement

How to download

Open the Extranet

Go to Finance

Click the Finance tab in the top navigation.

Select the period

Choose the year and month you want to export.

Download Monthly Report

Click Download Monthly Report to export the payout statement.

Booking.com bills host service fees separately — they are not included in your payout report. Host Ledger accounts for this automatically and skips the service fee line for Booking.com deposits.

What to expect

Each row in the Monthly Report represents a single reservation payout. Since Booking.com handles service fees outside of payouts, you’ll only see guest-facing charges.
