## Welcome to Host Ledger

Host Ledger automates OTA payout reconciliation for short-term rental hosts. Upload your payout CSVs from Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com, and Host Ledger matches reservations, categorizes income, fees, and adjustments, and creates fully detailed deposits—ready to post to QuickBooks.

No more spreadsheets. No more manual deposit splitting. No more hours lost matching reservations to bank deposits.

## How it works

    Link your Hospitable account and QuickBooks Online. Your properties, reservations, accounts, and classes sync automatically.

    Map your properties to QuickBooks classes, and assign payout categories—like rental income, cleaning fees, and adjustments—to your QuickBooks accounts.

    Upload your payout CSV from Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com.

    Host Ledger categorizes each line item and flags anything that needs your attention. High-confidence payouts are ready to post automatically.

    Click post, and the deposit is sent to QuickBooks. Then click "Match" in QuickBooks to complete the reconciliation.
